Weekly Newsletter, 3/25/24
This past weekend saw the end our our regular-season competition with shows at both Caledonia High School and Lakeland High School. A big thank-you to all of our 2024 show hosts for making this a truly unforgettable season! We are so excited to see all our units perform one more time at MCGC State Championships on Saturday, April 6.
This week's newsletter is brief, but next week expect to see a special "everything you needed to know about Championships but were afraid to ask" edition!
Enjoy these last two weeks with your teams, and Happy Easter!

Championships Volunteer Information Due March 1!
Each year, MCGC asks its units to send the names and contact information for two (18+) volunteers to help out at State Championships. As you may imagine, such a large-scale event requires a great deal of help to run smoothly!
Volunteers can specify any special considerations (physical limitations, etc.) and will not be scheduled during their unit’s performance. Best of all, voluteers receive free admission into Championships for the entire day as a thank you.
Units who do not wish to send volunteers must pay an opt-out fee of $300, or they may send only one volunteer and pay an opt-out fee of $150.
Click here to submit your unit’s volunteer information, or enter Competition Suite to pay your opt-out fee. The deadline for both is March 1.
