Short Job Description: Take over growing West Michigan guard program. Choreograph, clean, manage students and techs, participate in show design, attend guard camp/band camp/weekly rehearsals/football games/competitions, design/order/manage guard equipment. The program has a strong competitive record in Scholastic Band Association taking first in all captions last year. Guard is trained in flag, rifle and dance. Opportunity exists to start a winterguard program. School is located 45 minutes northeast of Grand Rapids.
