Looking for a woodwind and brass tech to teach band camp on July 31-August 5th. There are additional Mini camp on June 27-28 8am-2pm, July 11-12 8am-2pm, July 25-26 8am-2pm. Would love it if the candidate could be at these as well, but our main focus is filling the job for band camp. Post camp and fall instruction is also available. Pay is negotiable, but people that have the most experience will yield the highest pay.

Michigan State University is seeking a Color Guard Professional to instruct the 36-person Spartan Marching Band (300 members in band) Color Guard for the 2017 fall season. One professional instructor is already "in place" to continue with color guard teaching responsibilities. This new position seeks a team member who will lead the guard program and will be required to design work, implement a "basics and fundamentals program" as already established, work with drill design staff, music staff and directors, and over see all nuances of the color program as it fits in the overall structure of MSU Spartan Marching Band. Extensive work with student leader development is required for the potential successful candidate. Review of applications can begin immediately.
