Championship Volunteer Options: Each unit is required to either send two volunteer workers to MCGC Championships to help during various assigned shifts or pay a $100 'opt-out' fee instead of sending workers. This 'opt-out' fee will be used by the circuit to hire a booster organization to supply the needed workers. You may send worker names or the 'opt out' fee anytime on or before March 1st. After March 1st you will no longer be able to send in workers names and you will be required to pay the $ 100 'opt-out' fee. This fee will need to be paid before your unit is allowed to perform at any MCGC competition. To help in our planning, please indicate below your current intentions for your volunteers. You are not bound by your decision at this point.

The signature below and the submission of dues indicate that, if accepted, this unit will abide by the Constitution, By-Laws and Policies of the Michigan Color Guard Circuit, Inc. All dues are non-refundable except as outlined by the MCGC Policy Manual. It is also understood by the management of this unit that it will take full responsibility for any damage, vandalism and/or misconduct at the contest site by members, staff or volunteers of said unit; and it shall be the responsibility of said unit and not the Michigan Color Guard Circuit, Inc., for such damage, vandalism, or misconduct.
